It’s been an eventful few weeks. Having parted company with my coach on less than amicable terms, I had a week to pick myself up and get ready for the Bourton 10km road race on Sunday 23rd February. But not before ‘controversy’ enveloped me and led to some further decision-making about my 2014 season.

It has been a busy couple of weeks since the Cotswold Classic triathlon.  Busy mostly in the sense that I started a new job last Monday.  This involved me spending most of the last week in Stockholm, my new home from home.  As you might expect in the first week, there was lots of meetings to be had, lots of information to take in and people to meet.  Unsurprisingly this left less time than normal for training.
